Japan
Japan is a beautiful archipelago spanning 6852 islands. main ones being Honshu, Hokkaido, Kyushu and Shikoku. Japan is known world wide for it's culture and economic might.
Being a tourist in japan is great. it is quite safe, the sights stunning and something to see or do for everyone. i am personally very fond of the fox temple in Kyoto and the imperial gardens in Tokyo.
I hope that you too will be able to travel there someday, if you haven't already.
Yokoso Japan

Travel guide to Japan
This book helped me and my friend a lot on our 1 month backpack trip in japan. It had very good maps for all the major cities we visited, had good listings for hotels and contained a lot of knowledge about numerous restaurants and tourist attractions. I recommend having one before you go out.

I studied the language in school, but unfortunately I have forgotten most of it. I've been meaning to start learning it again.
