Damon Wayans, of "In Living Color" fame, is the hopelessly nerdy titular superhero -- without superpowers -- in this goofy comedy directed by Mike Binder (TV's "The Mind of the Married Man"). Mechanically gifted but socially inept, Wayans develops bulletproof underwear that enables him to take his rightful place in the pantheon of crime-fighters.
